# How player experiences work

How R53 collects and counts player stories, and what those stories can and cannot tell you.

## First-hand contributions

Contributors sign in, select a country and topic, describe what happened and choose the current outcome. The form asks for a 20–500 character summary and a recent period. Some topics offer an additional detail, such as the time since a withdrawal request.

The experience form stores one current contribution for each combination of account, casino, country and topic. Submitting that combination again updates its story. One account can therefore have several stories about different topics or countries. Account sign-in does not prove that each account represents a different person.

## Reading the numbers

Good experiences and Bad experiences count the stored public stories in those groups for the selected country. Global includes all countries. The displayed totals cover stored stories, not only the last month; the feed initially shows up to 20 stories per group and offers more when available.

These are story counts, not star ratings, unique-player counts or the percentage of all customers with a particular outcome. Earlier contributions without the newer good/bad classification appear separately. Dates show when a story was recorded; an updated contribution may replace its earlier text.

A country selection describes the contributor’s report. It does not establish that the casino is licensed, available or suitable in that country. A small number of stories may be unrepresentative.

## Limits and abuse controls

R53 uses sign-in, input validation and request limits to reduce abusive submissions. These controls cannot guarantee that every story is accurate or that coordinated activity is impossible.

Player submissions are not independently verified findings. We do not promise human approval before each story appears. Read the details, timing and outcome, and compare them with the operator’s own records and terms. Advertising placement does not add good experiences or remove bad ones from the counts.

## Corrections and privacy

To flag an inaccurate story, exposed personal information or a listing error, email hello@r53.world with the page URL, the story date and a short explanation. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.

Public summaries should describe the event without account numbers, identity documents or private contact details. R53 does not resolve disputes, recover funds or replace the operator’s formal complaint procedure.
