R53 / PLAYER GUIDES
How to report a casino experience on R53.
Write a useful first-hand story about a casino problem or a good experience, without publishing private information.
Choose the right place
Find the casino in the directory and open its profile. Choose Good experience or Bad experience. Sign in when prompted, then select the country and topic that describe what you personally experienced.
Topics include withdrawals, verification, support, access, bonuses, deposits and games. Use the Help improve R53 form for a problem with R53 itself; that private product-feedback form does not publish a casino story.
Write a small, clear timeline
The summary accepts 20–500 characters. Explain the event, the response you received and the current outcome. Select the recent period and any additional detail the topic asks for. Describe what you observed rather than guessing the cause or repeating another person’s allegation.
- Event: what happened, and when?
- Response: what did the operator say or do?
- Outcome: resolved, still waiting, or another available outcome?
- Privacy: remove personal identifiers and confidential documents before submitting.
What happens after submission
The story becomes part of the casino’s public experience feed. Good and bad experiences appear in separate groups. The country filter changes which stories and totals readers see.
The form maintains one current contribution for an account, casino, country and topic. Repeating that combination updates the contribution instead of creating another independent story. Different topics can produce several stories from one account. The totals therefore measure stories, not unique players.
A public story and a formal complaint
An R53 report informs other readers. It does not notify the casino, open a regulatory case or guarantee a response. If you want the operator to investigate, follow its own complaint procedure and retain your private evidence.
For an error or privacy issue in an R53 story, contact hello@r53.world with the casino page URL and enough detail to identify the contribution. Read the methodology for the limits of community data and the advertising disclosure for how paid visibility works.
